Kayla Nicole is a Bermudian photographer with over 6 years of experience in documenting authentic stories of couples, families, and intimate or large events. She specializes in digital photography and creative strategy, with a unique talent for capturing fleeting moments and intricate details often overlooked by the ordinary eye. A hopeless romantic at heart, she has a passion for preserving the essence of love and the emotions it evokes.
Working in hospitality and retail, managing a salon, also being the front face of a spa for the last 10 years, she has gained a passion for customer service, connections and a clients overall experience. To her it is more than capturing a pretty image, but rather creating intentional moments that last forever.

My approach blends photojournalism with an editorial touch because I believe the best stories unfold naturally. Having been on the other side of the lens before starting my photography journey, I understand how important it is to feel guided yet at ease. I use subtle prompts and intentional posing to enhance your story, chemistry, and personality—creating images that feel honest, individual, and deeply meaningful.
I honor individuality, embrace imperfections, and focus on meaningful connections. My goal is simple: to tell stories that are true to who you are and to capture moments you’ll cherish. Years from now, when you look back at your galleries, I want you to feel something.
Starting Small & Dreaming Big
It’s incredible to look back on where I started and how far I’ve come. I began with nothing but a Blackberry phone, capturing nature and sharing photos on Instagram. My first client inquiry came before I even owned a camera—yes, you read that right! I borrowed my client’s camera for the shoot, creating my very first maternity session with flowers in a milk bath at her home. The simplicity of making her feel beautiful and confident remains one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.
Six years later, I’ve traded that Blackberry for professional cameras, lenses, and lighting equipment, and I’ve honed my skills to shoot confidently in any condition, at any time of day. Every step of this journey has shaped the artist I am today, and I couldn’t be more grateful.
A JOURNEY OF GROWTH & CONNECTION
As my journey continued, I expanded from maternity sessions to families, birthdays, events, and weddings. Along the way, I had the opportunity to collaborate with other talented women—a designer and a hairstylist—and together, we created the Three Queens Experience: a production team providing clients with a full beauty experience that left them feeling empowered.
This collaboration refined my ability to pose individuals and groups, work with brands, and develop strategic plans to bring creative visions to life. Today, my work is a balance of intentional posing and candid, natural moments that tell unique, soulful stories.
